GETAGRIP returns & exchanges policy
At GETAGRIP, we stand by the quality of our grip sprays, deodorisers and merchandise. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the terms outlined below.
How to return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:
• Return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase, in original and unused condition, and in the original packaging.
• Include your full name, contact information, original invoice and a note specifying whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit.

• Use registered post with a tracking number for your return. GETAGRIP is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Returns are made at your own cost unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges, unless the item is faulty.
• Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• We do not refund items that show signs of general wear and tear.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase.
• If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at info@getagripspray.nz to check stock availability.
• If exchanging for a different item or size with a different value, we will contact you to arrange any price difference.
• Replacement items will be sent free of charge once we receive and inspect the return.
Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Your credit can be used toward any future GETAGRIP purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately to organise a replacement with free return shipping.
• Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• We will repair or replace manufacturing faults within 3 months of purchase. If repair or replacement isn't possible, we’ll offer a credit or refund.
•. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Manufacturing faults do not include:
• Blocked nozzles
• Damaged or broken bottles due to misuse
Gifts
If you received a GETAGRIP product as a gift, you are welcome to exchange it or receive store credit.
An exchange card or proof of purchase must be presented.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
Sale Items
All sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or defective at the time of delivery.
Gift Cards
• Gift Cards and Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
