SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders over $50

New Zealand – $7
New Zealand, Rural Delivery – $10
Australia $20
Rest of the World – $25

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and sale periods) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Your order will be dispatched by our courier services using the fastest delivery method available. Target time is 1-2 days once your order has been processed. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We cannot courier to a PO Box. If you have any queries regarding your shipment please contact info@getagripspraynz.

SAME DAY SHIPPING WITHIN HAWKE’S BAY
We offer express same day shipping within the Hawke’s Bay region via Post Haste Couriers. Please note, this service is only available Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all international orders via NZ Post International. Target time is 3-7 days once your order has been processed. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries regarding your shipment please contact info@getagripspraynz.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@getagripspraynz with your name and order number and we will assist you with this.

DELIVERY
GETAGRIP is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, GETAGRIP is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

For purchases outside of New Zealand, GETAGRIP is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
